WAYNE COUNTY, Ohio — Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers arrested a Vermilion man for his fifth OVI.
Troopers said Benjamin Hoessle was arrested around 1:15 a.m. after driving around County Road 30A and Honeytown Road in East Union Township.
He was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence.
He is set to appear in court on March 18.
