Port Clinton police are warning parents about a man using Instagram to contact parents and send "alarming" messages.
Police say the individual was using the screen name “cry_baby_cryyy” to communicate with multiple young children from the area.
All of the children told police they initially thought the user was another child but he later revealed he was an adult.
Police say the conversations were "extremely alarming" and the matter will be thoroughly investigated.
