CLEVELAND - Every year in Ohio drivers create their own personalized license plates. Some get approved, but hundreds of others are rejected outright. (Which, as you'll see with some of these, might be for the best.) Between May 1, 2017, and April 27, 2018, these 403 license plates in the state of Ohio were rejected.
