This week, a manager of a Florida Wendy's had a sour encounter with a customer.
Chianti Gipson arrived at the Wendy's drive-thru located in Seminole, Florida. Gipson ordered food, but was upset with the order.
She got into an argument with the manager, but when the manager closed the window, she entered the restaurant, according to an Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrest affidavit.
Gipson threw a pink lemonade at the manager's face. She then threw items off the counter including a wooden display and metal iced tea dispenser. The total damage was no more than $200.
Gipson was charged with simple battery, disorderly contact in an establishment and criminal mischief. She has since bonded out of Pinellas County Jail.
