Monday night, as delegates left Quicken Loans Arena, a protester stuck his bullhorn in between officers to heckle delegates.
In the middle of this tense standoff that lasted an hour, a bystander came up and gave the man a hug to diffuse the situation.
The bystander, Ken Nwadike said that his "group went in and spread love" and was praised by officers on the scene.
