CLEVELAND — Ohio has approved five dispensaries to sell medical marijuana, with four of those opening their doors to patients on Wednesday.
Those dispensaries are:
- CY+, 180 Main Street in Wintersville in Jefferson County
- Ohio Valley Natural Relief LLC, 840 Canton Road in Wintersville
- The Botanist, located at 3840 Greentree Ave. SW in Canton
- The Forest Sandusky, LLC, 1651 Tiffin Ave. in Sandusky
All but The Botanist, 30133 Euclid Ave. in Wickliffe, will open Wednesday at 9 a.m. to patients.
The Botanist in Wickliffe is slated to open sometime this week.
Patients seeking to purchase medical marijuana on Wednesdaymust confirm that their recommendation from a certified doctor is completed within the state registry, and must bring a state-issued ID along with their registry barcode to be permitted into the dispensary to purchase medical marijuana, according to a release from CY+.
