US Marshals capture Devante Gibbs who was convicted of raping a 2-year-old.
Devante was arrested in California yesterday. Gibbs walked out of the Lorain County Justice Center while the jury was deliberating his rape trial.
On February 10, Gibbs was on trial for rape, kidnapping, felonious assault, and child endangerment.
