Indians manager Terry Francona named American League manager of the year

Cleveland Indians Manager, Terry Francona has been named the American League's manager of the year for 2016. 

The Indians announced the achievement Tuesday night on their Twitter, also saying that it was the second time in four years for Francona to win the award.
