National media outlets can't stop talking about the Cleveland Indians

Posted

Clevelanders are talking about the Indians' historic winning streak after they defeated the Royals in a 3-2 walk-off Thursday night.

But they're not the only ones talking.

National media outlets are filling their front pages with all-things Indians—and we're not surprised.

Their 22-game winning streak has garnered attention from USA Today, The Washington Post, Business Insider, New York Times andNPR, just to name a few.

The Washington Post's story "An ordinary prospect, Corey Kluber found something extra in a two-seam fastball" talked about Kluber's fast journey from the minor-league to the big leagues.

As the Indians go for 23 on Friday night,  fans will continue talking about the hometown team well past the national media spotlight.
