Report: Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco will return to Tribe Sunday after cancer diagnosis

CLEVELAND — Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco will return to the Tribe on Sunday.

Tribe coach Terry Francona confirmed the news to MLB Network's Radio Sirius XM station.

Francona said if all goes well, Carrasco will be coming out of the bullpen.

Carrasco has not played in a major league game since he was diagnosed with Leukemia.
