Ty Lue will return to coaching full time Thursday night

News 5 has confirmed that Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue plans to come back for Thursday's home game against the Wizards.

Lue took a step back from coaching for health reasons March 19. The Cavs have won nine games and lost one since assistant coach Larry Drew took the helm.
