The Cleveland Browns ended linebacker Scott Solomon's contract and waived wide receiver Saalim Hakim.
The Browns reported that Solomon appeared in four games with the team from 2014-2015. In 2015, Solomon appeared in two games and had one tackle before being placed on injured reserve due to his knee.
Hakim was signed after participating in a voluntary mini-camp on a tryout basis, the Browns said.
