CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns have placed wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge on the injured reserve list due to a hamstring injury.
Hodge appeared in the first three games this season. He recorded three receptions for 51 yards. He injured his hamstring during pregame warmups at Dallas on Sunday.
Hodge was signed by the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent on July 24, 2018. He was claimed by the Browns off waivers on Sept. 1, 2019.
He led the Browns with 13 special tackles in 2019. As a rookie in 2018, he appeared in the final 14 games off the regular season and three postseason contests, including Super Bowl LIII.
A player who goes on the injured reserve list is allowed to return after missing only three games. Teams may return an unlimited number of players from injured reserve throughout the year.
