CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns have signed a new wide receiver.
Ishmael Hyman participated in the team's minicamp this week on a tryout basis.
Hyman is 6 feet tall and weighs 196 pounds.
This will be his first season in the NFL after playing at James Madison.
He helped JMU win the 2016 FCS National Championship, while receiving 29 receptions for 408 yards and four touchdowns as a senior.
Hyman recently played for the Orlando Apollos of the Alliance of American Football league.
