CLEVELAND — Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. said he was fined more than $14,000 for his pants failing to cover his knees against the Seattle Seahawks.
This is the second time Beckham has been fined this season.
Beckham was fined earlier this month after a heated skirmish against Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey.
