Traffic is pretty hectic everywhere this morning. This is W. 20th and Lorain where eastbound traffic on the Lorain Carnegie bridge is closed due to the city’s curfew. To get into downtown you must have proper ID. Some say they work in the city but are unable to get through. If you can, stay home.
