CLEVLEAND — After the city of Cleveland announced that the Proclamation of Civil Emergency and curfew enacted in the downtown and the central business area of the city has been extended until June 2, law enforcement and the Ohio National Guard placed barriers blocking traffic into the city overnight.

Traffic is pretty hectic everywhere this morning. This is W. 20th and Lorain where eastbound traffic on the Lorain Carnegie bridge is closed due to the city’s curfew. To get into downtown you must have proper ID. Some say they work in the city but are unable to get through. If you can, stay home.
