I-77 northbound closing Friday for bridge deck work

CLEVELAND — Interstate 77 northbound will be closed starting Friday for bridge deck work.

The closures start at 8 p.m.

The following locations will be used as detours:

I-77 northbound between I-480 and Broadway Avenue. The detour will be I-480 westbound to SR 176 northbound to I-490 eastbound to Broadway Avenue north to I-77.
I-480 eastbound and westbound ramps to I-77 northbound. The detour will be I-480 to State Route 176 northbound to I-490 eastbound to Broadway Avenue north to I-77.
I-490 eastbound to I-77 northbound. The detour will be Broadway Avenue north to East 30^th Street to I-77 north.
I-77 northbound to I-490 westbound. The detour will be Pershing Avenue north to I-490 west.

The closures start at 8 p.m. Friday and end at 5 a.m. Monday.

From May 4 through the middle of the month, I-77 northbound over I-490 will be reduced to one lane for bridge deck work.
