Traffic has slowed to a crawl at Interstate 77 and Interstate 90 in Cleveland Wednesday afternoon.
At least two crashes contributed to the congestion at around 3 p.m., including one on I-77 north at E. 14th Street reported by ODOT.
The Ohio Department of Transportation shows no crashes in that area at 3:45 p.m.
