Multiple crashes on I-90 causing delays for morning commuters

CLEVELAND — A crash has blocked three lanes on I-90 westbound near West 140th Street.

A News 5 photographer on scene drove by the crash, where EMS and firefighters are on scene responding.

Another crash is blocking the right lane on I-90 westbound before West Boulevard. Traffic is stop and go back to Hilliard Boulevard.
