Meet Wilbur!
A Basset Hound rescue from Buckeye Basset Hound Rescue Ohio.
In addition to the typical dog pastimes of tail wagging, daily morning walks, and lots of cuddles, Wilbur also enjoys "counter surfing for food," according to his owner, Lori Gillespie.
