CLEVELAND — Morning commuters will feel the aftermath of Tropical Storm Bertha. Give yourself plenty of time for the commute as that’s when the majority of the rain for the day will happen.
Bertha is going to REALLY mess with our morning commute. Plan on heavy rain and low visibility.#WEWS #GMCle #OHwx pic.twitter.com/ICO05FcCiE

Heavy rain will roll through until the midday.
After the tropical rain shuts down, we’re in for a steamy afternoon with temperatures soaring back to the upper 70s with enough humidity to still spark a few storms.
Similar to the last few days, most of us are dry but plan on heavy rain if you get caught under one.
Friday's storm chances are much more widespread. Some of those storms could be strong, possibly damaging. We'll be watching them closely.
