CLEVELAND — Here we go again. A Frost Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for most of Northeast Ohio as temperatures are expected to be as low as 32 degrees in some areas.

The advisory is in effect from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Wednesday for the following counties:

  • Sandusky
  • Erie
  • Lorain
  • Cuyahoga
  • Lake
  • Geauga
  • Richland
  • Ashland
  • Wayne
  • Stark
  • Holmes
  • Ashtabula

A Freeze Warning has also been issued for Ashtabula County from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Those who have plants should protect them from the cold. To prevent freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
