CLEVELAND — A strong thunderstorm will affect parts of Northeast Ohio Tuesday afternoon, according to the Power of 5 Weather Team. The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Tuscarawas County until 6:30 p.m.

As of 1:30 p.m., rainfall was located in the Macedonia area. Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm.

Any thunderstorms that build won't be moving very fast, so plan on flooding underneath the strongest ones. It will be hard for the ground to absorb the rain because of how dry it has been.
