It's a good news, bad news situation for the Indians home opener on Friday.
It was a guessing game all week - will it snow? Will the game be postponed?
Here's the good news: while the morning may give way to some rain and snow, it will be dry for game time!
Now for the bad news: it's going to be cold.
Later on today, the wind will be very strong out of the Northwest. That means it will come from behind the scoreboard. So those sitting behind the 1st base line: you're going to get slapped with strong wind all during the game.#Sorry#TribeWeather@Indians pic.twitter.com/DjeUhCa1UD

It's going to be so cold that fans attending daytime festivities and the game should dress for winter. The day will show cold, winter-like sunshine, with temperatures in the 40s. While 40s may not seem so terrible (we are Clevelanders after all) it's going to be breezy, so those 10-20 mph winds may have you thinking otherwise.
