CLEVELAND — A round of strong storms, followed by flooding in some areas, has left over 5,000 people without power.
Power outages:
- Ashtabula County: 3,000, mainly in Ashtabula and Conneaut
- Cuyahoga County: 1,400, mainly in Parma, Parma Heights, Warrensville Heights and Shaker Heights
