CLEVELAND — We can’t seem to get rid of the cold weather this month. Colder air is rushing in this morning, with a rain/snow mix to kick off the week. But there’s light at the end of the tunnel as this will not be the trend all day.

The News 5 viewing area will dry out but we don't warm up.

Temps stuck in the 40s all day with wind chills in the 30s.

A Frost Advisory is in effect from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tuesday has been issued for much of Northeast Ohio, including the following counties:

  • Sandusky
  • Erie
  • Lorain
  • Cuyahoga
  • Geauga
  • Trumbull
  • Richland
  • Ashland
  • Wayne
  • Stark
  • Holmes

Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.
