CLEVELAND — A few storms over the lake may sink south into Ohio this afternoon and evening.
Some may even be strong with damage possible from strong wind gusts up to 60 mph.
The best potential for these storms is in the counties bordering Lake Erie.
Where it's not storming, plan on more heat. Temperatures will reach near 90 degrees this afternoon.
Our break from the humidity and heat starts Thursday when temperatures struggle to even hit 80. We're staying more seasonable through the weekend.
Our next shot at widespread rain returns late Saturday and into Sunday.
