CLEVELAND — Snow-covered streets from overnight snow are causing spin-outs and some slick spots during the morning commute Wednesday.
Radar estimates from last night's snow are between 1.4 to 2.6 inches in some areas.

I-90 eastbound near the state line in Ashtabula is closed after a semi went off the road. A tow truck is on scene, according to Conneaut police.
