CLEVELAND — Get outside today while you still can before scattered rain arrives later Thursday evening.
Most of the area will be soaked, with a few downpours embedded in the steady light rain.
Those who live near rivers should keep an eye on water levels as flooding is possible.
The Power of 5 weather team said the rain will arrive between 5 to 7 p.m., with the heaviest amount happening for 7 p.m. to midnight.
The rain continues into Friday, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
