A Tornado Warning was issued for Trumbull County and Mahoning County, effective until 1:45 p.m.
Radar detected spin near Shiltown headed towards Lordstown, Niles and Cortland, according to News 5 Chief Meteorologist Mark Johnson.
The warning expired but the National Weather Service said that gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible in the area
