CLEVELAND — Breaks in the clouds overnight mean frigid arctic temperatures to start off Wednesday.
Wednesday marks the coldest day in Cleveland since January 2019.
Before Wednesday, Feb. 10 was the coldest low of the season this year at 6 degrees.
Clearing conditions this morning will allow for most to see the sun today before clouds rebuild this afternoon.
