CLEVELAND — There was a “Stand for Solidarity” march held Thursday evening in Cleveland as community activists, police, religious leaders, city council members and many others take to the streets to rally for social justice.

The event, hosted by Cleveland Ward 7 Councilman Basheer Jones, started at 6 p.m. at the Thurgood Marshall Recreation Center, 8611 Hough Ave.

The march ends at Fannie Lewis Community Park at League Park near Lexington Avenue and East 70th Street.
