Due to the unprecedented times we're living in, and keeping the health and safety of all involved in mind, we made the difficult decision to end the 2019-2020 season of Academic Challenge early and cancel the 2020-2021 season entirely.
Working with our partner Nordson, the schools at the top of the point standings when the 2019-2020 season ended — Brunswick, Lakewood, North Ridgeville, Mayfield, Hiland and Lake Ridge Academy — shared $10,000 in grant money. $10,000 was donated to the Second Harvest Foodbank of North Central Ohio, which serves Crawford, Erie, Huron and Lorain counties. We want to thank the students, parents and everyone involved for their participation and understanding.
