A 15-year-old boy is charged with felonious assault and receiving stolen property after Akron police found a 19-year-old man shot in the face in a stolen Jeep Liberty late Saturday night.
Police say another 19-year-old man was also involved in the shooting and left the scene in the 500 block of McKinley Avenue. He's now wanted for tampering with evidence and receiving stolen property.
The man shot was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The 15-year-old was taken to juvenile detention.
