AKRON, Ohio — The Akron Fire Department is investigating after two vacant homes next door to each other were caught on fire.
The fires happened around 3:15 a.m. in the 50 block of Gregory Avenue.
Officials said when they arrived on scene, both houses were fully-involved.
Crews were able to put out both fires.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
