AKRON, Ohio — An Akron bar was cited for violating Gov. Mike DeWine's health orders.
The Pegasus Pub was cited for disorderly activity.
Agents arrived at the bar around 11:15 p.m. and saw 25 guests drinking alcohol.
According to agents, most of the seats were occupied and multiple customers were standing with little social distancing measures in place.
