AKRON, Ohio — Two men wearing masks and carrying weapons went to an Akron liquor store Wednesday night and robbed the owner at gunpoint.
According to Akron police, the robbery happened in the 1500 block of Home Avenue around 9 p.m.
Authorities say the two men walked inside and ordered employees and patrons to lie down on the floor.
One of the robbers then went behind the counter and demanded money from the store's owner.
Both robbers left with an undisclosed amount of money.
