A man found sitting in an SUV with a gunshot wound to the head in Akron late Saturday night has died.
Akron police were called about a shooting in the 900 block of Dover Avenue around 11:30 p.m. They found a 39-year-old man in a Chevy Blazer with a gunshot wound to the head.
The man—identified as Otis Clay Jr. of Akron—was taken to Akron General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police had no information on suspects as of Sunday morning.
