A 21-year-old Cincinnati murder suspect was arrested Thursday morning by U.S. Marshals in Akron.
The suspect, Robert Neal, was taken into custody by authorities after he was found near the 1100 block of Becker Lane.
Neal is accused of shooting a man at VP Fuels gas station, 4600 Paddock Road, Cincinnati, on Jan. 24.
Authorities say Neal fired several shots through the window of a car. The victim, Anthony Harris, died from his injuries.
Neal is being held in the Summit County Jail and is waiting for extradition back to Cincinnati.
