A man has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of 39-year-old Lentheric Caldwell inside of Hi-De-Ho Lounge.
Willie Steve Hicks, 44, of Akron, was arrested in the Cleveland area, according to Akron police. He was located shortly after 4 p.m. Friday at a motel in Willoughby.
Hicks was a suspect in the homicide that occurred Thursday night. Akron police said Caldwell was inside the bar when a man came inside, shot him in the chest and ran.
Detectives were able to identify Hicks as the suspect thanks to witnesses in the bar.
Hicks' bond is set at $1 million.
