One person is dead and three are injured following two separate crashes on I-77 south at 224 eastbound in Akron, Tuesday night.
According to Akron Fire, a four-car crash caused a second two-car crash. One person was killed and three were injured.
The Summit County Medical Examiner had investigators at the scene.
ODOT is reporting I-277 eastbound at Main Street is currently closed, and the detour is I-277 westbound to I-76 (Kenmore Leg) to I-77 / I-76 eastbound.
