Some AT&T customers in Northeast Ohio woke up to a data outage Thursday morning.

According to downdetector.com, the outage is affecting customers from Cleveland all the way down to Canton.

Users took to social media to ask AT&T representatives for information on the outage.

The company told newsnet5.com on Twitter that they don't see any outages in the area.

AT&T released a statement Thrusday morning that said due to a router issue, some customers in the Cleveland area may have experienced issues with their wireless service. Technicians worked on the issue and services are now running normally.

AT&T apologized for the inconvenience.
