On Monday, Cleveland Police said a 16-year-old male was arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old girl on Friday. But now the prosecutor's office says the 16-year-old was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and no one has been arrested or charged in relation to the 14-year-old's death.
The shooting happened around 7:15 p.m. on Friday in the 1400 block of Lakeview Avenue.
Police said when officers arrived, they found Oluwaseun Gbadegesin with gunshot wounds.

Cleveland EMS took Gbadegesin to a local hospital, where she later died.
The shooting remains under investigation.
