Cleveland police are investigating the shooting of a 21-year-old on the city’s east side Sunday evening.
According to authorities, Cleveland Fire Department was on scene in the 1000 block of East 168th Street for a separate incident when a 21-year-old male approached them and stated he had been shot.
The male had a gunshot wound to his side, authorities said. Police believe the 21-year-old may be the victim of a drive-by shooting. The actual location of where the man was shot is not yet known.
Cleveland EMS is currently on scene with the male, his condition is not known at this time.
