Cleveland Police are investigating after a shooting left a 3-year-old girl in serious condition early Friday morning.
The shooting happened on Craven Avenue around 2:30 a.m.
Police said the girl was shot in the foot by a family member with a shotgun.
They are still searching for the 18-year-old man after he left the home following the shooting.
