CLEVELAND — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of killing two and injuring one in a shooting on Halloween.
On Thursday around 5 p.m., officers responded to the 13700 block of Durkee Avenue for a male shot.
Police located three victims with multiple gunshot wounds.
A 16-year-old boy was taken to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the 16-year-old as Jason Jaylin Mitchell.
A second victim, 20-year-old Stone Robinson, was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
A third victim, a 17-year-old boy, was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he remains with multiple gunshot wounds.
A preliminary investigation revealed that all three victims were shot inside what appeared to be an abandoned house.
The arrest warrant states that the suspect and a juvenile male fired handguns at Mitchell, Robinson and the 17-year-old boy.
News 5 has chosen not to name the suspect until they have been charged.
