Arrest warrant issued for suspect accused of killing man in parking lot of Steelyard Commons

An arrest warrant has been issued in connection with the deadly shooting of a man at Steelyard Commons last year.

Authorities have charged 59-year-old Charles Anthony Miller with one count of aggravated murder.

The shooting happened around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2017. Cleveland police were called to the shopping center, located at 3447 Steelyard Drive, after receiving reports that a man had been shot.

The victim, Timothy Settles, was found in the parking lot near Burlington with a gunshot wound to the head.

The arrest warrant was issued on Feb. 5. Miller has not been arrested yet.
