Authorities are at West 14th Street and Abbey Avenue investigating a "suspicious bottle," according to the Cleveland Fire Department.
A City of Cleveland spokesperson said the Cleveland Police Department Bomb Squad was called to the scene for an unknown bloated bottle.
No further information was released.
