The driver of a car that crashed in Cleveland on Saturday, killing three people, is being held on $100,000 bond.

Kareem Walton, 20, is facing aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault charges for the crash that left three teens dead.

Police said Walton was driving well in excess of the 25 mph speed limit on Kirby Avenue around 12:13 a.m. when he lost control, went off the right side of the road and struck a large tree. The car then spun around and ejected four people.

Alexandria Winegarner, Deija Wynne and Takia Jackson—all of whom were 17 years old—were pronounced dead at the scene.
