CLEVELAND — The City of Cleveland's Division of Animal Care & Control animal shelter is headed to a new location.

City Dogs will be closed Monday and Tuesday for President's Day. The moving process to their new facility will begin after that.

If you're interested in adopting a dog, it would be best if you call them at 216-664-3476 or email them at citydogs@city.cleveland.oh to set up an appointment.

Animal control officers will still be on the roads during this time.

The new kennel will be located on West 93rd Street and Detroit Avenue.

A grand opening for their new location has not been announced.
